Are the CLOSED exchanges killing the CryptoMarket? Bittrex, Binance etc...

I am hearing from a couple of trusted sources that because new users can't get accounts, the markets are taking a bath. When Bittex and Binance reopen, will we get back to killing it? Can we get to 1 trillion?

Regardless, it is a fun ride. As hard as it is, I am holding everything today (at least so far).
