Telegram about to launch their ICO
It seems like it’s not only rumors. The popular encrypted messaging start-up Telegram plans to launch its own revolutionary blockchain platform powering payment on its chat app.
The « Telegram Open Network » (TON) will be a third generation blockchain network able to realize millions of transactions per second for millions users.
The launch will be funded with an enormous Initial Coin Offering (ICO), with forthcoming private pre-sales ranging into the hundreds of millions, potentially making it one of the largest ICOs to date.
The potential for a cryptocurrency inside a widely adopted messaging app is enormous. This can be huge.
The first announcements are to come during the firsts months of 2018.

This sounds like it could be huge. Telegram already has such great market penetration. The issue is that most tokens will be sold to large investors at heavily discounted rates before the sale goes live. May still be worth a look though!
