Value investment strategy for 2018

Hello crypto community! I decided to start out with a value investment strategy into 10-15 currencies my first year of trading, and I began in December with a little more than $1,000. my current portfolio includes $LTC $ETH $BTC $BCH $ENG $TRX $XVG $POE $SALT $XRP and $ADA. (STEEM is my next investment). During the recent crash on January 16th/17th I had my first dip into the red since I had started. Because I had a diverse portfolio, I did not see significant losses over 50% like some other folks who were all in on one currency such as $XRP ripple or $BCC @bitconnect (god help you for the latter).

I see good things coming to my picks in 2018, and I am open to any thoughts/comments on my current portfolio picks. I have no desire to day trade and the only transactions I normally perform would be to transfer ETH or LTC on Coinbase to my Binance account to beef up my alt investments. I am most heavily invested into $LTC as I see that as the safest bet for 2018. I am considering getting rid of $XRP once it goes back up as a side note, I was not thinking clearly when I bought that one!

My first goal is to get $10,000 value in crypto. I have a long way to go and I am budgeting roughly $100 FIAT a week towards this goal. Hopefully I am able to reach this goal before I actually deposit $10,000 of FIAT. I will update my Steemit regularly with my progress. Right now I am at $1350 crypto portfolio value and deposited $1500 FIAT. I am down about $150 in the red, not bad IMO after such a bad crash. I will be stocking up this week on $LTC while it is still under $200. Cheers all!
