ViaBTC is a giant mining pool, this allows them to have huge impact when they tell their miners to confirm a spefic transaction. So they nicely created a tool on their website which allows you to speed up your transactions at absolutely no cost!

Really useful service to some, especially since it really drives a point home, this was needed. The backlog of transactions is only getting worse, due to inactions by Bitcoin Core developers over the 1mb limit (block size).
Also this is being done by one of the new but well known mining pools in china, a place usually dominated by Bitcoin Core, which changed over to Bitcoin BU.
Yeah, I use it on every transaction. It really helps when i'm impatient lol
