Hackers steal $1 million worth of Ethereum through phishing scam
Recently, about $500 million worth of a cryptocurrency called NEM (XEM) was stolen from Coincheck. In another incident, hackers were able to steal Ethereum worth of around $1 million.

The hackers were pretending to be a cryptocurrency called Bee Token. The attack was carried out at the same time Bee Token had initiated its Initial Coin Offering (ICO). These phishing attacks were later confirmed by Bee Token's official account on Twitter.
