Sprouting all day long!

Recently, middle of August I discovered a little gem.
While doing some dubious trading I found myself buying a few million Sprouts to get rid of some Doge which took a dent, in trying to recover some losses from the Doge.

Before trying to get rid of the Sprouts I decided to go have a look at what I have just bought, and bounced over to the Bitcointalk thread and Coinmarktcap, started to read.

At first I figured, there goes $70.00... hence the name oogone... ooh gone another $70.00.

These Sprouts have an enormous supply and it is sprouting like an epidemic, ... WTF have I done!

Then I really got into reading and found this coin has been abandoned by its original creator Mr Eggman, who then started a similar project with even higher staking rates than Sprouts.

There are two Bitcointalk threads, the first (abandoned) and the second, started by Sproutsjr with the aim to revive the project.

This thread is riddled with remarks about "This coin is dead" especially from one DELLZXD from Macapá, Brazil ... who really just became annoying after a while, nothing else.

I then hopped over to the BE (Block Explorer) and saw ... my-my more than a 100 peer connections ... hmmm. ITS ALIVE!

Back to the thread and read. Although Sproutsjr mysteriously vanished, he started something... something good, very good!

Some other developers and coders and businessmen started to see potential in reviving the Sprouts projects. This is where it gets interesting.

They seem really devout to make this a success with good intentions.

They understand there is some concerns that need to be addressed first and started to plan and execute measures to curb these concerns.

The dev (arcmetal) working with the wallet concerns is very capable and responds promtly to any mention of a problem. He also seem well vested into the growing of the Sprouts ecosystem.

So after reading all this I decided ... HODL and stake.
I bought more, because for those who knows, this project is going somewhere good.

For the last month there has been excellent growth, my initial investment has been covered and the staking is going well.

I never had any problems with installing the wallet, sending and receiving coins and the BE is up to date. This blockchain is working perfectly so far and transmissions is fast.

The community have more than doubled in just one month and this is just the beginning.
Currently there is a 180 peer connections according to the BE.

The core team consist of 7 well capable devs, marketers and visionaries and they are busy to first re-engineer the wallet to take care of concerns regarding the reward and supply of Sprouts.

Then a road-map will follow as to where Sprouts is heading in the near future with re branding and a new website.
