Thoughts that crossed my mind
The World we live in is always changing, without waiting for us to adapt to the new conditions of living. It feels like there is not enough time to stay and check everything in order to play safe with the things that come in our way. More and more friends of mine are complaining that they are not even able to spend quality time with their family because their jobs and duties require so much from them.
It looks like we are living in the "rush hour" of the history, when everything it has to be done instantly, without any delay. That's why we have instant coffee, instant tea, instant food, etc. Everything is developing at a crazy speed. There are a lot of breakthrough in every area of our life. Discoveries and innovations are presented daily to us.
The information and the misinformation are more than ever. It's impossible to be updated in everything because our brain can't comprehend so much.
In such a world with massive changes, any information, and countless opportunities, it's difficult to take the right decisions at the right time. It takes courage and risk to step forward on the new paths, were just a few people stepped before.
For most of the people the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and ICOs are words which sound like a foreign language and have no idea what does it mean. I have met very skeptical people who are entirely against the decentralized platform, saying that it's definitely a scum. Meanwhile, I saw people who didn't wait too much, took the risk and made a lot of money on such platforms.
There are hundreds of ICO's which promise a lot for those who want to invest in their project. I have seen plans which had real success, and the price for their tokens had tremendous growth, and I saw tokens which lost their value considerably.
Concluding my thoughts, I can say that it's a risk to invest in cryptocurrency. BUT, it's a huge mistake not to do it. From my experience in buying tokens I have learned few things:
"Do not invest more than you can afford to lose!" - But do not say that you can't afford to lose anything. I'm sure you spend a lot of money every month buying things you hardly use them.
"Do not keep all your eggs in the same basket!" - In other words, do not buy only one kind of coins. Try to buy tokens from different ICOs. Some of them can grow, the others can go down.
"Be patient when the price is going down." If you bought some tokens, but the price is not growing, do not panic. The cryptocurrency market fluctuates permanently. One day the price might be down. The other day can hit the moon.
These are a few thoughts that crossed my mind, and I wanted to share them with you.

They say delay is dangerous, and its true. While you are busy analyzing weather crypto and blockchain tech is real. Others are already making fortune with it. My advice to people has always been to do a great research before investing in any coin. Also do not let greed in and be very patient with your investments if you want to get great return.
