About Dominium

Dominium is a periodic international decentralized financing platform for standardized property funding, and assets placed on the blockchain that will be fully transparent along with property, rental and management sales. The Dominium Platform is built on a chain of Ardor children where this child chain decentralizes the trading of assets and lease agreements, purchase agreements, property management assignments, and more on the blockchain and provides a multi-language platform with standardized regulations that are in compliance with regulations, open markets for various nationalities, affordability and recording agents.

Ardor Blockchain-as-a-Service Platform is built on Nxt blockchain technology. Ardor expands Nxt to be used in certain applications that require scalability and avoid mining needed by some developing blockchain. Therefore, Ardor is also insensitive to blockchain sequences and increases transaction costs.

There are two parts of Ardor Platform - the main chain of Ardor and the Chains of Children. Chain Kids is a unique blockchain made for businesses with special use features and applications. The condo will thus be able to access the complete power of the Nxt blockchain platform through Ardor through the customized Child Chain. This will allow permanent and complete transparency of financial records and property management, investor ownership, property listings, and rental and sales agreements.

Dominium offers two main platforms as a service.

The first platform is investment in real estate. Investors can participate in the market with as little as one share or token, opening real estate investments to anyone through a decentralized Asset Exchange. This will allow trading of peer-to-peer funds in full between investors without requiring an investment manager or third party. Of course, all users must be identified and included in the white list to ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.

The second platform offered by Dominium is the use of blockchain technology to manage individual property. Property managers, tenants, agents and real estate professionals can record information on blockchain. As a result, this fully decentralized information is completely transparent, impenetrable, and cannot be changed by interested parties to record information for their benefit. Full property and tenant transparency, with blockchain handling most recording jobs, will make every part of rental property and business management is more smooth and more advanced.
