Post SEC Hearing thoughts
Wasn't Chris Giancarlo a pleasure and so cogent and measured at the hearing today?
As someone who believes in libraries, I was chuffed that he mentioned that libraries would be a resource where people might get a face to face chat with trained librarians.
Now, I know most of you must be raising an eyebrow but conversations are fluid and hopefully a chat to the librarian will involve someone who overhears and joins in. This is the flowchart of natural dissemination of information as discussed in the book - Black Swan by NassimTaleb.
Having suffered day after day of terrible news, neutral news deducted by the hearing is seen as bullish.

But it was neutral, there was nothing to deduce from it except that Giancarlo has family members of the following generation that has some cryptocurrency.
Tether was not even mentioned and that is the crypto elephant in the room that needs to be cleared up.
We already knew ICO's were not available to U.S. citizens.
Now along with tether we need some information on the stance of the E.U. and the U.K. before we can really move on without any legal redcap.
