Why this exchange could disrupt today ones
Hello Steemit population ! How are you today ?
I'm doing personnally fine, and wanted to talk about an incoming ICO : WCX.
WCX is technically no more than any exchange, but ! they aim to disrupt traditional exchanges by being the best one for customers. Simple formula. They want to be competitive by offering an excellent customer service. Just remember this is this same formula that made the success of Amazon (between many others of course)
Here are the lacks on the most reknown exchanges today that WCX identified and want to do differently:
Lack of security : isn't it the most important ? The Problem ? Nowadays more and more people are beginning to understand that exchanges ain't no safe place to store coins. What is the solution from the WCX team ? Cold storage. Your money is stored on offline servers : as they are offline, an attacker can't get in except by physically manoeuvering it.
Scale : once again, the WCX team identified a crucial need for the cryptocommunity. We need scalable projects to support the exponential development they could know. To achieve this, the WCX exchange will be implementing an algorith allowing 1 million of transactions each second. WCX team is also working on developping the most simple, user-friendly mobile app and API, and have good chances of succeeding doing so because of their team !
20% of the profit generated by the WCX exchange will be distributed to every WCXT( WCX Token) holder proportionally to the amount of tokens held.

Last but not least is about the team : this is also a very important information to always gather when thinking about an ICO. This is what makes it very likely to be successful : a strong, diversified, powerful team.
