My emotion is happiness that someone started stepping up to the plate to stop scam ICOs from preying on the hopes and greed of those who believe in their shams, or those setting up bag holders for quick profit. For the good ICOs, I fully support a good cause. This is best for the long run to clean up the mess ICOs have caused on its gold rush to grab millions from a regus space and dump.
