Tell me what cryptos I should invest in!?
I was trying to find a newer crypto this morning and realized this could literally take forever! With all the new coins coming out daily its nearly impossible to keep up.. I do a ton of research on coins but some really good ones always seem to slip by quietly..
As i was cruising my feed i noticed a lot of people give their input on indiviual coins but i can't find anyone who does a collaborative with other people to decide which coins are solid investments at this moment. I think if we get enough people in on the comments we could all find some good coins. Maybe this could even become a weekly collaboration for people who are interested in something like this. Idk, just a thought.
Anyhow, I am in the process of selling my home and really would like to put a decent amount of my profits into the market.. i already have a bunch of the long term coins i really love and believe in, but with some of this new money i would like to diversify even more!
I am not asking for "advice," i am only asking for people to point me in a good direction so I can study up on some new coins/tokens with some good potential..
Here is what i am looking for in a coin:
- a coin that is still pretty cheap
- preferably on bittrex or binance. But if it is a good enough coin i will learn a new market platform!
- hasnt hit big recently
- has a good idea or platform (i dont want to invest in shit tokens if at all possible)
Thats it! I can do all the other research myself. If someone does suggest a good coin in which i invest in and it does hit big, you can expect some coins to come ur way ;) sharing is caring

There is a project called envion. They use part of the money raised with evn tokens on setting up mining operations in shipping containers at locations where electrictity is cheap. They have already raised over 83million and the ico stage finishes I think tomorrow. One evn is like 0.70-$1.
It looks like a good project as an investment in evn is an investment in mining and the backbone of many cryptos.
As always never invest what you cannot stomach to lose.

I was looking into Envion just yesterday actually. I've never put into an ICO before but this sounded really promising. Any advice on how you get the tokens and what you do with them in the case of an ICO?
Ive actually never participated in an ico.. unfortunately americans arent aloud in a lot of them because of rules and regulations.. I guess i could lie and say i was from somewhere else but i havent ever come across an ico that i needed to get in on.. the last one i liked was utrust and they made Americans pay atleast $10,000 and they have to sit on it for atleast a year so i said hell no.. truth is, for me atleast, i like to invest in companys that have working products and ico's are usually just companys with ideas.. but i will look into envion because u suggested it :) never know maybe thats the universe sending me a sign!
XVG and DOGE are more risky, but seem to have had a lot of growth/action recently. Kind of depends on if you're trying to day-trade or HODL. STEEM has been making some moves as of late too.
I picked up a shit ton of verge when it was at about .08 cents.. now im just waiting for it to take off again.. doge coin makes me a little nervous because it has like 120 billion coins! So it may sound cheap cuz of the price but it has 4 times the amount of tokens as even redcoin which is crazy! I have checked it out before but maybe i will peak at it again. Thanks for ur imput, it was much appreciated! ;)
No worries, they're definitely more volatile from what i've seen, but sometimes those can be the most profitable. I suppose it depends how safe you want to play.
u serious? look into DOGE coin the idea behind it etc. It is made as a joke and it is in a huge bubble right now. Don't wanna be negative just be carefull with coins with no idea behind it. They can just.... pop and its gone.
There is a lot of interest in utility coins right now. Meaning coins that do something other than just being a speculative instrument and do that thing well.
I've added a little bit to my XRP stack and will be adding to my SiaCoin holdings but basically look for coins that can be used to solve real life problems. (International funds transfer is the utility or XRP and cloud storage for SC for instance.)
Think there is a bit of FUD because of that business insider article that came out speculating that BTC would eventually drop back down to think it was $1700 or so.
I actually just picked up both of those on the last dip! I had xrp about 6 months ago but sold it after it just sat at .15 cents for months :( ofcourse 1 month after i sell it goes thru the roof! Lol.. that will teach me to be more patient.. thanks for the comment, i appreciate it.

You could always invest in steem, then power up to over 500 steem power, and have a massive voting power on here :-).
Im definitely stacking steem! Im hodling it for a long time, i seriously think steem will be in the top 20 before the end of the year, easily over $100 per token. But i honestly dont like to buy it cuz i can earn it with writing.. i am like 5 steem away from my 500sp ;)

I personally am not a fan of quantstamp. i think it will do very well but it is ran off a code that has been hacked in the past.. they believe they fixed the code, but to me that is an hacking waiting to happen. i havent even heard of the other 3! so many new coins i cant keep up.

Ethlend is kinda like SALT...but its new so u can get it for way cheaper plus they already have a working lending platform unlike SALT...so either SALT is too overpriced or Ethlend is too underpriced...hehe.
Bread is nice too...need to get on some more exchanges n WaBi product just starting being used commercially like couple of days back...huge potential.
I'm also looking to get into Airswap, Appcoins, Vibe, INS ecosystem and aelf...specially with all the red in the market, can get them at real good prices. Do let me know what you think about these coins!! :)
hey bro, just read the bread white paper.. WOW.. solid company, good crew which is important along with charlie lee as a top advisor! They have a great product that is already working and being improved on, and they have an awesome team with an nice roadmap for 2018.. i really think this coin could easily 10x this year. thanks for turning it on to me, im gonna go pick up a bunch in this dip! ill let u know as i check out a few of these other coins.
Haha...cool...u're welcome man!! U're lucky with the price now...i entered bread at a bit higher price than now in the excitement when it came out...so I'm still waiting to see some green. But not so bothered coz I'm super confident in the coin to go up atleast 10x like u said...specially after their new updates coming up n when they get released on more exchanges. Alright, that is a bunch of coins to look at! lol, this is a week long list on its own with the way i study, but I will tell you that I peaked at bread cuz someone else recommened it too and I think it is extremely promising, it is fixing a real world problem that will help transition people into cryptos and I think that is an awesome platform to be part of. making cryptos easier to spend and hold is what is going to change this world from fiat to cryptos.. and like you said with everything in the red right now it is the buying oppertunity of a lifetime.. bread is 30% cheaper than when it dropped onto the market! you will never see that price ever again, so I'm prolly gonna buy a shit ton of coins today after i finish reading this whitepaper im starting right now!
I will come back to this list and let u know more when I know more.. But like you (with salt and ethlend) I like a coin with a working product, not just an idea! so to me ehtlend sounds better than salt! But i havent looked into either of those so don't take my opinion on those lol..
Doing your own research is always the best thing you can do before you invest. right now most coins will just be on the up and up, but here in 6 months or so i expect a lot of coins to start failing, so keep track of what you invest in and don't just buy garbage!

SC, MUSIC, and MANA have been treating me well, but i'm not sure how much more room they have to grow tbh.
I already own quite a bit of sc, i have never of music? Whats that all about? I will have to take a peak at that for sure..
i agree mana is great, decentralized markets are really taking off right now too.. i just made a few hundred percent off that trade recently, but i sold it all so maybe i should go research it better and possibly pick some up for a long hold.. thanks for pointing me in the right direction ;)
Yeah i almost wish i sold my MANA at the high, but i think with more virtual land sales it still has some room to grow. MUSICcoin is used on the musicproject embedded music player (check their main site) to tip artists. Artist also get paid based on song listens, but can recieve additional income via the tips. Artists get a much larger cut on Music as opposed to most platforms.
