NOTICE: Secret Meetings & USA Bitcoin Regulation/ Legislation + SEC & ICO's

On one hand, we hear that three members of the U.S. Congress are seeking to protect Cryptocurrency from U.S. Government, and are expected to introduced new legislation (right around the corner) in early September, on the other hand, we're just finding out about a secret meeting of Financial Corporations to demonstrate the "digitization of the US Dollar" instantly-transformed into a "Regulated Cryptocurrency", that is not Bitcoin.
