Veil Project Cryptocurrency News - Mandatory Wallet Upgrade & New Exchange Listings - 3.15.19

The updates and opinions here are my own and not affiliated with the Veil Project. It is an exciting currency to follow, here are some updates from this week. It has been a busy week for the Veil Project.

Just checking commits to the github codebase, it becomes very clear that Veil is a serious development effort led by proven experts. Check it out for yourself, I encourage you to click through project members making commits to the core code-base, the volume of commits and the aspects of the project that they are working on. Milestones have been completed and there a clearly new milestones on the brink which will bring additional value to the project. Precomputing Zerocoin spending is of particular interest to me. This is what a legitimate Cryptocurrency project looks like.

Wallet 1.0.2 Mandatory upgrade

Must be performed before block 86350 which has now passed. If your wallet is stuck and you are on a previous version, this is probably why. Grab the latest version from the URL below. See the changelog for updates.

Bisq Exchange Listing

The code commit to the client for the Decentralized Bisq Exchange that we were watching in a previous post has been accepted. The next version of the Bisq client v0.95 has a publishing milestone due date of Today 3/5/2019. We will all be looking forward to seeing the Veil community grow as this addition serves to introduce new people to the project.
