#H1 Miller's Reviews Presents the Cryptocurrency: Nebulas (NAS)

In my never-ending quest to find the next big thing, I decided to branch out some into some of the lesser known altcoins. One of the recent favorites that I recently stumbled across that I don't see much conversation about yet is Nebulas. As of this writing, Nebulas is showing on CoinMarketCap at $8.14 USD, with a total supply of 100,000,000 and a circulating supply of 35,500,000.

I was recently turned onto this coin at the end of the ICO which ended in mid-December. One of the biggest reason I like it was because I really dig this company's angle. Essentially what the company is trying to do is be the "Google of the blockchain," by providing the underlying technology to search the blockchain. This could potentially have a HUGE impact if they can be the first to market to build a platform that can search a decentralized net, as well as provide site/application analytics and rankings, and an app store/social media component.

  • Concept
Nebulas is a blockchain 3.0 platform which is near ready to launch. Nebulas is rolling out a framework which will address five key aspects that the company views will correct some deficencies in the current blackchain marketplace. These are:

    1. Creating a Search engine for decentralized applications
    2. Measuring value ranking of applications
    3. Providing developer incentives to use Nebulas in te form of tokens.
    4. Provide a proof of Devotion algorithm to look at speediness, irreversibility, and fairness
    5. Create a "Nebulas Force" to support smart contracts as well as dynamicaly adaptable applications
  • Team
The team are some heavy hitters (pun intended) in the blockchain space. The three co-founders consist of former Antshares/NEO founders Hitters Xu and Aero Wang, as well as Ali Baba's Ant Financial architect Robin Zhong. Backed up by a supporting cast that boasts former Google Senior Software Engineers, an Engineering Manager for Airbnb, and former Ali Baba developers. You can check them all out here.

  • Whitepaper
The Whitepaper can be found here. It is throughly a well thought out document, which I pulled directly from to lay out their concept. I read most of it, and I invite you to read it as well, but fair warning I can get a bit heavy with the algorithms and math. One thing I like about it is they are very transparent with what they are trying to accomplish.

  • Roadmap/Product
Nebulas have posted their roadmap, which brings them through quarter 4 of 2019. They currently have a testnet up and available, and they have hit all of their milestones so far. However, keep in mind that they just launched their ICO, so their timeline appears aggressive, and is still in the early stages.

  • Final Thoughts
A big team of proven talent backed up with actual deliverables, a wonderful and currently unique idea, combined with a timeline which may put them as one of the first 3.0 platforms to launch all point to good signs for this company and coin. The founders seem to believe in this product, or else they wouldn't have left another home run like NEO. At the moment they aren't on any large exchanges, which can either mean now is the time to scoop some NAS up before it hits the Binance and Bittrex's of the world, or it could mean it'll be out of reach for you in the short term. Either way I will be keeping my eye on this one, since it might go big this year.

Too Long Didn't Read (TLDR) version: Nebulas might be the next big thing, it's backed up by big founders, a great idea, and a testnet/mainnet product already launching or planned, and coins that can be bought fairly cheap on limited exchanges.

#H2 Note, the normal disclaimer provides, I'm not an expert or financial advisor on any of this, etc.
