I think it will happen way earlier than 2030. Things like this go fast after it reaches a certain point (like about now LOL). See how fast the mobile phone and social media entered the market and that was in a time that the internet was way less developed. Also if you know how rotten the financial markets are and how good the service is that crypto's can deliver compare to what the current system does it is clear that it can go really fast.
