Inflation rates vary quite a bit across coins, Deep Onion is 10%, Triangles is 33%, Bitbay is 1%. Its hard to make a firm conclusion about whether an investment will be successful just from the staking rate. I like it because it has much smaller share count than most coins and active development. Many of the new ICOs are in the hundreds of millions or even billion plus shares.
