Qtum - Short description / Kurzbeschreibung

What is Qtum?

Qtum tries to combine the advantages of Bitcoin and Etherum by using the possibilities of Etherum's Smart Contracts and Bitcoin's upcoming Lightning Network. In addition, Qtum focuses on dApps (distributed applications), especially for mobile devices and Internet of Things applications. The application is being developed for business use cases.

Was is Qtum?

Qtum versucht die Vorteile von Bitcoin und Etherum zu verbinden, indem es die Möglichkeiten von Etherums Smart Contracts sowie dem ggf. kommenden Lightning Network von Bitcoin zu nutzen will. Zusätzlich legt Qtum den Fokus auf dApps (distributed Applications) insbesondere für mobile Geräte und Internet of Things-Anwendungen. Hauptsächlich ist die in Entwicklung befindliche Anwendung für Business Use-Cases gedacht.
