Dutch cryptocoin : the Gulden is back !!
Ever since the Euro was introduced, many of my fellow countrymen (including me) have been screaming for the return of our old currency :
The Gulden ( Guilder in English)
AND NOW IT'S BACK 😀!!
I learned today that there is a cryptocoin called Gulden. Apparently it has been around for a couple of years now.
The Gulden was launched in 2014 by Rijk Plasman and his team of programmers. Since then, its value has increased over 4500% !!
My dream is to one day stand in line at the supermarket and know that everybody else in the line has Guldens in their pocket

Several shops in the Netherlands already accept the Gulden. Here is a list of those shops.
For nostalgic reasons and because I believe that cryptocoins have a bright future, I decided to invest.
So I am the proud owner of a little over 500 Gulden now

We can currently pay for numerou things with Gulden as well. So they're doing a good job.
The best one does not always win, it's the one that people get behind. Gulden might just do it in our country.
Several Dutch celebrities have been tweeting about it as well. And the founder has been talking with the boss of Coolblue. Imagine if Coolblue World start accepting it...

Very good post. Interesting to see I'm not the only one that is thinking about this. Investing in cryptos is still a risky thing. We do need to look better at the insights of every coin. What team is behind it, is there any management. How strong is the product, is there any product at all?
