I think its absoloutly time to buy, the prices are still pointing down for both BitCoin and Eth though, but it will turn any day now and investing into the cryptocurrencies will only give a nice payback when its back up at $3000 or $480 for eth. how much you get in return is up to you to decide by choosing when its at its lowest to start investing and selling when its at its peek.
