A surprising email from Wirex
A few days ago I should exchange some Bitcoin to EUR in my Wirex app to load my VISA card, but it didn't work. I tried a few times during some hours without success. I later sent a message to Wirex support to ask if it was a problem with my app or their exchange service.
I got an answer that informed me that it was not my app, but it was on a third-party integration and it was fixed again. I tried again and the exchange worked flawlessly as it normally does.
I was not a big deal for me, I should just fill upp my car with diesel, but I used another card instead so I just forgot about the issue.
Imagine the surprise I got when I read this email from Wirex yesterday:
I really didn't expect an email from Wirex with an apology and certainly not the very good gesture of good faith of 4x the Cryptoback for a whole month!
Some customer services do not even reply to their customers, but Wirex was both fast in their reply to me and gave me this extra bonus. This is customer service at a high level!
