A very broad intro of cryptocurrencies

What is Cryptocurrency? For most people its just some online currency where you can buy stuff including drugs.. To the people who take their time to dig deeper than the surface its a revolutionary way of doing everything.... Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency ever created, with all the hype being how there will only ever be 21,000,000 bitcoin ever to how its (somewhat) secure and stealthy.. Bitcoin was notorious for being pegged that it was only used for buying and selling drugs online.. Well that is the surface that everyone sees, they dont see the potential that the technology has.. That being said lets jump to today where there are cryptocurrencies being made left and right, some good some amazing and some just down right shitty. These cryptocurrencies are solving huge problems like how you can pay for parking, being able to send money across the country with little to no fees, systems that utilize the blockchain so you can safely secure data and more, being able to pay your customers or employees and not have to take huge fees, and being able to gain huge interest just by holding.. the list goes on and on on what cryptocurrencies have to offer, they are more than just a cryptocurrency, they are the start of a new revolution thats going to happen with or without you..
