NTOK Tutor Ninja Token (NTOK)is a platform where tutors and students can find each other without middlemen such as commercial schools and study centers. The NTOK token can be used for various purposes such as paying for lessons by or providing content for students and paying tutors. The open nature of the platform means that the ecosystem will be able to expand rapidly. In NTOK, every student can find a tutor and every tutor can find a student. In smaller cities, it can be impossible to find a properly qualified tutor. Also, the price for tutoring is higher in larger cities and lower for equally skilled tutors from smaller cities and rural areas who are unable to teach students in bigger cities due to geographical mobility limitations
CHOICE OF TEACHERS BASED ON UNRELIABLE REVIEWS AND RATINGS : Most reviews that are left about tutors are often moderated because such reviews are important marketing tools for advertising tutoring services. Negative reviews are thus often simply deleted from the system, with only positive ones continuing to feature

From my findings from the company website, 3% of all released tokens will be put into Bounty, whereas 7% will be used to replenish Tutor Ninja NTOK platform reserves. However, the major chunk (70%) will be released to the public, and 20% will be made available to the management and advisory team.
Additionally, there is a cap on that of $15m that has been set. The company’s native token will be ERC20 compliant. The sale will start on the 15th of January, and finish on the 15th of the following month. However, the last stage of the ICO will end on the 15th of April, 2018.
