Kracken will have the private keys for that address. The litecoin would be recoverable given those same keys. That is Kracken has them but their wallets probably will not see them. Ask them to import the bitcoin keys of your address into their litecoin wallet. You should be able to prove they are there with a block explorer for litecoin.
