Possible ICO Scam with Chainlink
I try to do my due diligence in regards to ICOs. I was suspicious about Chainlink and as it turns out they are scamming investors.
If you wonder how I got the first picture from above all you have to do is change the date of your computer to tomorrow and refresh the page https://link.smartcontract.com which is the official page of the ico. They either got most of the funds from previous investors or they are trying to create a hype for their product by displaying false statistics once the ICO kicks of in about 23 minutes.
I would love to have an explanation from the team but as we all know the communication channels in most ICO's are limited to non-existent. As Vitalik said "We are in an ico Bubble" so we better have our eyes open at all times.
Not sure about a scam..Although i'm just sour cause i did not get my eth in time to buy some...
A nice find. would help a lot of people out there.
Pretty much 99% of ICOs are scams and you should just stay away from them. Stick with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin stop spreading the money all over the place you make the entire crypto system more worthless investing in crap ICOs
Thanks for this warning
What made you change the date of your PC to look for this? Is it a common scam?
These bad ICOs are getting me down with cryptocurrencies. I'm just going to avoid them from now on. I've invested in Omisego and EOS, but no more after them.
I check everything. the devil hides in the details
lol

I stay away from ICO's. There's no guarantee for their legitimacy unless they're officially backed by prominent players.
