Qtum - Bullish on 4 hr timeframe
Indicators shows bullish scenario for QTUM on a 4hr timeframe.
55 EMA still below 8, 13 , 21 EMA
RSI curling up targeting 60 could reach 70 in the next 12 hrs, just a possibility.
MACD curling upwards along with the histogram going from the negative side to positive.
