With two more months to go in 2018, Ripple Labs, the company behind XRP has sold $400 Million worth of XRP. The company is sitting on a huge pile of XRP, which it is using to fund itself. In its Q3 report which was just published, the company revealed that they sold $163 Million worth of XRP. $98.06 million worth of XRP was sold Over the Counter (OTC), while the remaining $65.27 million was sold "programmatically" on exchanges. Ripple still has access to 5 Billion XRP (approx. $2.25 Billion), while another 55 Billion (approx. $25 Billion) is locked in an escrow. XRP is priced at $0.4598, gaining 0.98% in the last 24 hours.
