IMO this is the best app for monitoring your portfolio. It supports almost any cryptocurrency. It gets regular updates and it is really easy to use. You even get a news section with important headlines inside the app. Here are some screenshots:

You should take a look at Cointracking. It helps you automate the process of importing your trades from various exchanges. Manual addition of trades is always a pain.
