Almost two decades ago, the music industry was rocked by peer-to-peer music file sharing sites. Music fans soon saw numerous changes to how music is shared and distributed over the internet. To make it as an artist, it is no longer enough to just make albums -- you also need to adapt to technological changes that shape how fans and enthusiasts discover new music. That’s what we’re here for.

CyberFM has been broadcasting over the internet and through various devices for 10 years now, living up to our motto, “We’re not online radio. We’re radio, online.” Artists have been able to join the Mainstream for the Underground (MFTU) community free of charge, their songs aired to hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. Users get unlimited music streaming and can access music through mobile applications.

Such breadth of access does come at a cost. Regulations in different countries have different ways of implementing royalties. The advent of blockchain technology has enabled us to fuse into one platform the listeners’ access to music and the artists’ royalty and payment management. Through a Distributed Ledger Performance Rights Organization (DLPRO), we enable artists to uphold their copyright in every location as well as ensure compensation by securing it in a transparent and decentralized platform.

Based on the ERC20 standard and the Ethereum blockchain, our two utility tokens, CYFM and MFTU, are intended for a universal payment system for all artists around the world who sign up to our service.

• The CYFM token is for use by artists who are are members of and are registered with performance rights organizations, e.g., BMI for U.S. artists and SOCAN for Canadian artists. CYFM will be used to pay dues or fees to all regulatory agencies in all countries.
• The MFTU token is for use by independent artists at an international scale to ensure they can uphold their rights to their work wherever it is played.

Artists whose music gets played on CyberFM and affiliated sites are not the only ones who will benefit from the token ecosystem. Radio listeners will still be able to use our service at no cost-- and even earn tokens when tuned in. These tokens can be used for premium features and even merchandise.

Our primary goal has always been to help connect music lovers and talented artists. Therefore, we set the tokens’ circulating supply as high as possible so that listeners all over the globe can adopt the new token system. (CYFM: 100 Billion; MFTU: 1 Billion).
