Buy and hold work great (for now) but the downside is never fun, sometimes you have to wait up to 3 years in order the reach new equity all-time high.

buy and hold also produce a very big drawdown in crypto. BTC had multiple 80%+ drawdowns. Which you have to be prepared mentally because the risk of panic at that point is enormous!
