Nowhere does it state the dollar figure that is your goal.

And this from the terms: "The purpose of this sale is to raise funds for the further development of the DIY Tube Video Community" is vague when in other places you've stated it's to "build software", "build the blockchain" and "register the coins on the Ethereum network". Again, where is there any proof that you will have reached, or not reached, your nebulous goals?
