Is NVIDIA Releasing a Cryptocurrency Mining GPU?
Over the past few months we have heard a few names thrown around as the naming scheme for the next-generation of graphics cards approaches from Nvidia. With an expect launch in April 2018, will we see Volta segmented into gaming and mining specific cards?

If Nvidia does start making mining cards they will anger there core gaming customers but i doubt it will deter them from buying Nvidia gpus. Nvidia wont be just pumping out gaming gpus which will be seen as splitting there production especially if there continue to be shortages. Miners might just buy up both gaming and mining cards anyways unless Nvidia finds some way to nerf hashing power on there gaming cards.
