What is Sumokoin?
Sumokoin is a fork of Monero which itself was a fork of Cryptonote. It is Private, Untraceable, Decentralized & Fungible.
Is Sumokoin just another fork?
Well yes.. but even forks and copy coins like Litecoin/BitcoinCash/ZClassic have their value. On a technical standpoint Sumokoin is better than Monero but this is not the issue here, the issue is the price and the value of Sumokoin and what it possible could be in the future. I am not suggesting Sumokoin will overtake Monero or Verge by any means.
Sumokoin has capitalized on all the features of Monero and have tried to make some improvements.
What about Verge (XVG)?
There is a bigger enough debate between Verge & Monero without needing my 2 cents added but I will argue that Verge is not cryptographically private. Verge is also a fork of Dodge Coin & PIVX is a fork of DASH. (Can we start to see the value yet?)

Price & Value: Doing the numbers on privacy coins
ZCash: $1.6 Billion
ZClassic (fork) $180 Million
= Fork is 11.25% of Original
Dash: $9 Billion
PIVX: (fork) $600 Million
= 6.67%
Monero: $6 Billion
Sumokoin: $15 Million
= 0.25%!!! - alarm bells ringing!

Based purely on my speculative abilities (and evidence) I would have to estimate Sumokoin market cap around the $200-$600 Million Dollar mark. That’s about 13 to 40 X profit! And to put Sumokoin in a percentage of Monero it would be approximately 3.33% - 10% of XMR Market Cap.
One reason it’s a clear winner
After reading as much as possible on Sumokoin, I have discovered the development team are highly skilled and organised and are always on point with their road map and improvements. There is only 3 of them but they are doing very well to keep to their word. I read that it took Monero 3 years to create a GUI wallet…these guys smashed it out in matter of months.

Sumokoin just had a 61.8% fib retracement from it's all time high lately from $11.00 back to $5.00 USD.
