Kraken Laughs at NY Regulator. Crypto Market Jumps
Kraken CEO, Jesse Powell, scoffed at an attempt from a New York regulator to flex powers he didn't have. New York is the least blockchain friendly state, with Wall Strret interests putting up walls for real entrepreneurism.
The Crypto market jumps up to the $375 billion area. Will we see a further rally? I go over some key resistance levels and try to look ahead to potential setups.

I guess what I don’t understand is why would companies who have gone through bitlicense need to answer these redudant questions? Is it the NY AG just acting like they are engaged? Or is it just because they can?
Either way the way to foster cooperation is not hammering start ups with redudant questions then act like NY is protecting investors. Which is a ridiculous response from them.

The people at Kraken are great and the best thing about the company! Everyone is really smart, but humble. Leadership truly cares for their employees and always seeking input on how to improve. The employees Kraken hires are great people and very talented in what they do. Everyone seems to be engaged in their work and always helping out colleagues.
New resistances and bullise are giving a nice ride ,it is such great that it becomes doffcult to handle the situation....

Yeah.. I think rally starting again and we all happiness this time with crypto gain condition. BTC pass 8.5K now and steem and SBD also pass over $3. But most market cap and using seems about steem. Steem has more power now.
The resource diversion for this production is massive. This is going to completely blow up our roadmap, Kraken believes this an he also had mentioned that he realized that we made the wise decision to get the hell out of New York three years ago and that we can dodge this bullet.Ordinarily, we're happy to help government understand our business, however, this is not the way to go about it
I think Wall Street is really causing hindrance for crypto in New York, crypto has influenced each and every corner of world but New York seems a hard task for crypto, it seems battle between crypto and wall street is going to be quite tough, but I can say at last crypto will dominate over New York too but it will take some time.
