Hashflare, now is too much!!
Dear Steemitians
another update in this very sad story of till 6 months ago best cloud mining company.
Hashflare decided to stop every bitcoin mining process!
This is the email i just received:
Dear users!
As you know, the last few months have been a difficult time for the cryptocurrency market, which has also affected the operation of our service.
We have made every possible effort in order to resolve the problem that has arisen – for instance, we have considered a variety of technical solutions, which would have allowed us to lower expenses related to maintenance and electricity. However, due to the general instability of the market, the actions we have taken could not significantly influence the current situation.
For over a month our users encountered a situation when the payouts were lower than the maintenance fees, resulting in zero accruals to the balance. As of 18.07.2018, the payouts were lower than maintenance for 28 consecutive days.
BTC mining continues being unprofitable, in light of which we would like to inform you that on 18.07.2018 we were forced to start disabling SHA hardware and today, on 20.07.2018, stop the mining service of active SHA-256 contracts in accordance with clause 5.5 of our Terms of Service, which are required to be accepted when creating a purchase and are the basis of concluding the contract.
We expect that the cryptocurrency market situation will stabilize in the nearest future and we will be able to offer our users new advantageous solutions.
We will continue to inform you about any changes. Stay tuned for updates!

I think in this situation Hashflare should give back the money or exchange the mining power from Btc to Eth, so if someone have the same problem and want to join me in legal action against them, please comment here with contact info

Hashflare will be ripping off the victims of their service.
I can see them shutting down to the public and mining for themselves until $BTC reaches a better price.

Yes my friend, but this is not fair for customers, they got money from us and now they stopped service, so i do not want stay passive to their profit rules..
Of course it's not fair but there is really nothing that can be done about it.
People have been scammed in the hundreds of thousands of dollars by them.
I knew something was wrong at the time they stopped taking U.S. dollars. But others kept on putting their country's currency into more and more mining services.
Now they are gone...

I'm feeling as disappointed as you with the bad news I got from HashFlare during the weekend. I have BTC (not anymore), LTC (not anymore), ZEC and ETH mining contracts with them worth at least $10,000. I'd be interested in taking legal actions agains them. Let's keep in touch.
I know that both price and mining difficulty are unpredictable, no one in the whole world can be certain about its behavior in the future. However I feel that HashFlare has not acted accordingly with their customers. They must give a clearer explanation about what happened and compensate its clients in some way. The last mining contracts I made with HashFlare were in past February, so I have recovered almost nothing of what I invested.
Dear @juanfb, i am from Poland, what about you? I have with them 1 tera contract sh256 and 6 mega script, i always reinvested with them my bitcoin mined, so i think we are in position to send them a letter from lawyer, please send me your mail address and i will contact you
I'm from Ecuador. I usually did the same, I reinvested the mining payouts on new contracts in order to get more mining power and maximize future earnings, but this time everything goes through a hole with no end! My email is [email protected]. I am awaiting your email.

What is a bounty exactly?
