Crypto Journal; 16th January 2K18; Temporary death to the crypto market, and the Chinese?

This morning started off like any other usual morning; by taking a look at my Blockfolio. For a minute I thought I was in another world — everything down? Down this much? What the heck is going on? I tried refreshing multiple times, connecting to my 4G instead of WIFI, in the hope that my app just not updated properly — with no luck, as eventually throughout the morning I started seeing more people popping up with the same question on social media. Okay, calm down. Breath in-breath out. This shit’s not working, what the hell is going on? One young legend on Reddit mentioned that the most investors in the crypto market are based in, and/or from China — and their long-awaited ‘Newmoon’ is shortly approaching. The ‘apparent, but yet not correctly confirmed idea’ states that the reason behind this bearish market is the fact that Chinese investors are converting their investments and/or profits into FIAT to be able to afford this huge spending that is currently approaching. Btw; imagine christmas and new year, wrap it up in a box with nice little bows and multiply it by 10. That’s how important this is for Chinese people, this is technically their christmas and new year together, so you can imagine that they will be spending that $$$$.
