Here, we decided to highlight and clarify the situation around the INSP token mixup in order to sustain transparency and provide our audience and community with correct information on the subject.
For the Airdrop, our promotional campaign aimed at promoting the upcoming INS Ecosystem ICO, we decided to launch INSP (INS Promo), free tokens distributed between all Ethereum addresses containing over 0.1 ETH.

INS Promo tokens are for promotion only and are intended to make sure the concept behind the INS Ecosystem reaches a wider audience. Given this purpose, we decided to run it under the ‘INS Promo’ name and the corresponding ‘INSP’ ticker.
Prior to deploying and distributing INS Promo tokens on November 8th, we had gone through major exchanges, checked it for potential collisions and cleared the ‘INSP’ ticker name for the promotional campaign.
Today, we learned about the Inspeer project and its intention to use the INSP name for the pre-sale event.
