Our goal is to raise EUR 35 million in ETH through this ICO. Soft cover – 500 000 euros, which covers the approximate costs of one project. The exchange rate, which will assess the final amount of ETH that needs to be raised, will be set two days before the start of the sale of whitelists. Since we are already an established company, we do not need funds to create any infrastructure. The attracted capital will be fully used to cover the cost of creating songs and marketing-related costs to optimize profitability for our investors and artists. We expect that the funds will cover direct costs for approximately 40-50 projects, depending on the artists and related marketing efforts.

As the main component of our ICO, we offer investors up to 30% of the profit distribution. Our approach is completely legally compatible and allows suitable investors to participate in the possibility of sharing profits. Prof-it will be directly associated with songs created as a result of ICO. The percentage of equity participation and the amount of investments will be clearly indicated in the Investment Agreement, which will be signed by each participant. The investment agreement will remain in effect from the end of the ICO until June 2024. In the first year, the distribution of income is paid quarterly and annually thereafter.

Dench Music aims to generate on average, based on industry standards and past experience, from 500% to 1000% of the profit (from 5x to 10x of the invested amount) per project. We expect that within the first five years he will receive from 100 million to one billion views on the video for five years, supporting a comprehensive marketing strategy, and we believe that most of the views will occur in the first eight months. For investors, as we said, Dench Music will distribute 30% of any realized profit, provided that the hard cap is satisfied.

The percentage of performance of a hard hat will determine what profit will be given to investors. For example, if the raised amount is 80% of all ETH, the percentage of profits with investors will be 30% * 0.8 from the performance of a hard hat = 24% of the distribution of profits among investors. The authors will also receive 2500 free MIC tokens for each ETH contributed (MIC tokens are fully functional ERC20 markers) using a smart contract. Among other applications, MIC Tokens can be exchanged on the Dench Music Retail platform for interesting and unique features of the music industry. These services will be published on our platform Dench Music Retail, which will work on the block chain Ethereum. Purchasing services and goods, depending on the artists in the project, may include a meeting and greeting, a presence on the set, auctions in the style of a star wardrobe, an additional position in the video of the star, discounts on concert tickets, VIP invitation events and much more.

Investors can invest in ETH. The hard cover is in EUR, and therefore the conversion rate in ETH is not yet calculated. The conversion rate will be calculated two days before the sale of the white list to limit the potential effect of exchange rate fluctuations.
