RentBerry ICO - Is it a scam? Umm Kinda, But Not Really
Here's another company trying to add blockchain into their existing business model.
Is it a good idea for a company to take advantage when there's is free money to be had?
I feel like it's time for investors to start letting these opportunities pass.
I did find out some really interesting stuff in this vid.

This is great. Last time I went rental shopping, the apartment manager wouldn't even share the price or let you schedule a tour until after you agreed to pay for a rental application. :(
wow, that's pretty crazy. It makes it seem clear that we're in a pretty outdated system for rentals. When there is that much friction, it almost demands a solution. This would be pretty rad if it comes through. We'll see. Thanks creativetruth

yes, i'm on it. I feel like I'm on a verge of a great adventure, I just haven't lined it up yet. I tried to get an electric motorcycle company to sponsor a trip around the US. It fell through. Haha. Gotta try though. We'll see... I;ll keep dreaming.
That would have been a really cool adventure. Maybe in a year's time when you will have gathered a bigger following, they will say yes :)

One of the many real estate blockchain based ICO's will succeed in time, but guessing which one at this point is nearly impossible. Rentberry is a new to me, but seems to have a similar model to a few others on the market.
