True, not only is app mining not enabled, the tokens from the pre sale are locked. It's been a few days now. Kind of suspect, but it happens to a lot of ICOs. It will be a rough start when they unlock the tokens and everyone sells.
I'm mining on my laptop. Works pretty easy.

Yes, on my laptop. When I bought into pre-ico I was able to start mining.
I have a intel core i7 processor. A decent laptop, but nothing special.
I let it run over night and it mines about 200 tokens.
I've heard the mining is different from normal mining. In some way modified to be really easy. I'm not technical on the blockchain mining specs, but I've just heard people say it's not real mining.

What actually does Electroneum do? What is its USP?
In terms of other alt coins to review - Bancor and MaidSafeCoin are two that I have heard of and would like to know more.

Electroneum USP is it's ease of use. They dumbed it down for the masses. It has a fake phone miner that delivers coins to the cell phone.
It has a really easy to use way to transfer money between parties.
They are trying to fill the gap with all the people who aren't tech saavy with an easy to use app.
In reality it's a long shot. There are a lot of companies fighting for this same space. They have 120K users though. That is also unique.
This delayed launch really hurts their chance of reaching a network effect.
Bancor, is really interesting. They are trying to provide liquidity to smaller ERC20 tokens. It's a really big idea, but also a long shot. There are so many great ideas out there it really comes down to who reaches a lot of people.
Since they've been around a few months this is one I just keep an eye on for signs they're gaining traction. They seem to have built a little momentum, but nothing huge yet. I'll wait and see on that one.
I've heard of maidsafecoin, but haven't looked into it.

Ren is aweseom in Lisbon. She is having so much fun and is telling me great things about people she's meeting.
Steemit is unique because it seems to attract some really great minds and compassionate people. She can't say enough about all her friends out there.
She has been a little shy about taking lots of video because she is such a personal person. She is hesitant to ruin connections by pulling out a camera. I can't argue with that. One of my favorite things about her is how genuine she is.
I did get footage of the acro yoga today. That was fun to see Jerry Banfield flying on AcroMott. Good times.

Yea, speaking of tech vs marketing I made a vid today about the design problems with our new steemit logo. I'm not a fan.
I'm a little nervous to post it bc I don't want to step on any toes. We'll see @scalerman. Interesting times. hahah
The old logo was waay better I thought..but at least the site works ok now!

yea, I was a little late on this one. About a month late in posting.
I'll be focusing on upcoming ICO going forward so hopefully you can catch one if you like it

Really awesome i too bought some electroneum lets see what we could get the price at this moment is still good from what we have bought it can really go upto 1$ max looking at the hype around this coin do let me know if any new ico's come in i would love to check them out :D

This one is fun because it has so many users. It would be great to see it gain some network effect. This delayed launch is hurting their momentum though. We'll see.
Yes, I'm going to focus on upcoming ICOs. This one was kind of a test. My favorite thing to look into is pre-sales. I'll let you know.

A more in depth analysis on what it actually does would have been nice, at the end of the vid I was left a bit puzzled. Hope you will do some updates pn this token. Cheers :)
I study token ICO's most of the time when I'm not vlogging for steemit. I figured I might as well start combining them.
I got in on this one a couple months ago, so the video is late. I'll keep in mind to do a little recap of what the company is when I do the next ico vid.
