GxCoin Project is entering round 2 of Pre-sale. Until August 5th at 11:59PM PST, GxCoin can be purchased for $0.80 USD per token. The ICO will launch on August 25th at $1 USD per token.

GxCoin is an Ethereum token designed as a distributed venture capital fund for small businesses. Under the guidance of the parent company, Genevieve Co pte ltd, the GxCoin organization will audit and score businesses on proven criteria such as availability of financial documents, debt, state of litigation, executive personalities, business plan and industry research.

If accepted, businesses will be presented to token holders in an advisory role to approve decisions by voting. Those officially chosen will receive monetary funding in exchange for an equity stake, along with assistance from various members of the community for communications, marketing, and business development. Genevieve also works with the businesses’ executives to create their own token, prepare a strategic business plan, and create the roadmap necessary to succeed.

GxCoin is establishing new partnerships. For added security, they are working to partner with Civic Key. Civic has a decentralized platform, utilizing blockchain technology to provide secure, multi-factor authentication for businesses and individuals.

For liquidity solutions, GxCoin is working with Octagon Strategy. Octagon Strategy specializes in commodity and digital asset trading across international markets, providing more liquidity in digital form. This will deliver a large advantage for trading across continents. GxCoin is also working with Bancor to release a liquidity smart contract.

Genevieve is expanding their network and increasing their presence in crypto communities internationally. They have already started integrating representatives from India, Brazil and Singapore. Representatives of GxCoin will relay important information and provide general support for investors and local businesses in their own region.

As investment strategy goes, Genevieve is creating a funnel of investment opportunities by working closely with Small Business Administrations. Small businesses contracted with GxCoin will be provided with mentorship and funding to ensure their business achieves measurable growth. A partnership with Score.org will be the first of many to ensure success for invested businesses.

For an additional level of professional overhead, GxCoin is announcing a Board of Advisors comprised of 6 independents backed by a high-level profile in their respective industry.
