Here is all about the token sales-
-The token sale of MAGOS and the corresponding Token creation process are
organized around smart contracts running on Ethereum.
-Participants who are willing to
support development of MAGOS can do so by sending Ethereum or Bitcoin to
the designated addresses.
-A participant must send ETH or BTC to the account after the start of the
crowdfunding period.
-Token sale ends when
the amount of funds in ETH equivalent sent to the account reaches the
maximum, or on September 30.
-Here is the General information about the token sales-
-The MAGOS Token Sale will begin on August 16th.
The sale will close
when the cap of 22,640 ETH is reached, or on September 30 whichever occurs sooner.
-A maximum of 50,123,377 MAG will be created.
-77% (38,595,000 MAG) will be
distributed to the investors during the sale.
-No token creation. minting or mining will be available after the sale.
-The price of MAG token is initially set to 1,995 MAG per ETH, and will be
declining to a final rate of 1,500 MAG per ETH, based on currently contributed
-Accepted currencies are Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) only.
-Minimum goal of
donations is 6,000 ETH.
- If this goal is not reached, all contributions will be
refunded back to the donaters.
