This is a very interesting read. I'm glad to see a clear outline on ICO investment. Best of all it is not from the ICO team.

@Wavesplatform is a well known project who only will benefit from ICOs being legit and finding success.

While I am always in favor of researching on your own from multiple sources this is a lot better than most "directions" I have seen by teams or users on blogs.
