Read All About It! Taelon DTN Blastoff Is Imminent

Update : Pool operators and miners you may as well stop mining. We are working on a new release which will come out early next week. We will keep you posted but these issues all need to be fixed properly rather then patching here and there. Please bare with us :smiley:
The issue is that there is an invalid block preventing the chain from switching. Right now there is 3 chains.
We are going to edit the src, recompile the nodes and open ports for the pools. In the mean time just for the record, please email screenshots of your wallet balances to [email protected] so that we can premine your balances and airdrop them to you if we are not able to salvage this chain.(edited)
We are also incorporating some branding changes. Including a simplification of the name from DarkTaelon to Taelon.
It’s day 6 and the knowledge and support that we have gained through those who have joined and all the support has made us even more motivated to make Taelon a success.
Also the knowledge about cryptonote gained is invaluable. It’s good tech we just need to make it our own. And we will !
To avoid confusion Taelon will remain as DTN. So Taelon (DTN) ! Going forward.

What will be coming up in the days ahead?

Now that the former Dark Taelon will be known simply as Taelon. What can we expect from this #privacycoin going forward?
It will probably look something like this in the upcoming days. Updated or new wallet along with a brand new #blockchain.

This is an exciting time for DTN for sure but a few things to keep in mind as the #blockchain rolls out and #mining commences once again.

DTN has a lot going for it since it is a new #privacycoin which shares it's lineage with coins like Monero (XMR) and Electroneum (ETN).

The Taelon.io project is 100% open source, open access with the hope of still growing the community. The team is asking for and would appreciate any and all involvement from anyone who wants to be a part of what they are doing.

The growth of DTN won't happen overnight
Simply put, it will take more than a commitment from the team. It will take a strong community effort. People like us that have a love for #cryptocurrency and #mining but at the same time don't have an affection or love for strong policies and government legislation. It will take like minded people that won't betray the community but will stick around with ideas and effort because we want to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

How far we go depends on all of us and not by world governments putting limits on what they will allow us to do regarding #crypto but by us not adhering to the FUD being spread right now. I remember my grandfather used to tell me that people once said, no one would ever set a single foot on the moon. It kinda reminds me of when I hear famous or respected people say that #cryptocurrencies will never be a "real currency" like "real money."

Well we know what happened on the moon. Don't we?

Bottom line is crypto gives so many people hope. Hope of a better life and with the proper conditions a chance to live in prosperity. Why should that hope be taken away or extinguished because of the overreach of government rules and regulations. Taelon is the answer for many of us. A privacy coin and community that starts with the proper attitude as stated so well in the #dtn-info( Discord channel):

Going forward it will take a community of ordinary people just like us from all walks of life who live in different parts of the world. We will look at things differently ignoring the existing storm. The false storm of fear of the unknown or the fear of misleading information. We have a chance to be early pioneers and contributors. We have a big chance here to build a community of like minded Taelonians who, together, can be limitless in our vision.
