Drones & UAV's are the most disruptive technology of 21st century. Replacing a Manned aircraft with an Unmanned aircraft being controlled remotely is highly commendable. UAV's and Drones have made the life of mankind easier in various aspects. This reduces the cost of Aerial Vehicle as well as the potential threats towards the life of Pilot while in the field. 

These days UAV's and Drones are being used for various purposes like Surveillance, Security, Transportation, Photography, Video Making, Goods & Services Delivery and in near future, Drones will be carrying passengers from one place to the another just like Airplane. 

Now, with all those advantages, there are still some drawbacks in the technology of drones which DEEP AERO project is solving perfectly and efficiently. 

DEEP AERO Core Framework

As we all know that Drones and UAV's fly in low altitude zone and there's always risk of collision with other aircrafts or environmental infrastructures. Of course, there's already a system in place to avert potential risks, but that system is not effective or should I say 'perfect'.

Deep Aero is  a Blockchain based project governed by AI which seeks to provide a framework as well as complex set of data to UAV's and Drones so that any unforeseen events can be avoided. 

This system formally referred as : 

Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) Platform

As I have mentioned above that Drones and UAV's always fly without any human vessel and that makes them completely automated. This usually decrease operational cost but increases security issue as no machine can beat human intelligence or decision-making skills. Moreover, Drones usually fly in low-altitude zone and so that they need complex set of data and programs to help them monitoring the environment around them and making communication with other aircraft flying in their immediate proximity.  

This is where the Deep Aero’s UTM Platform comes into use. UTM is the infrastructure that will allow a drone to exchange the information like its location’s co-ordinates with other aerial vehicles (manned/unmanned), Air Space Management Services, Airport Personnel and Air Traffic Control.

DEEP AERO Crowd Sale

Deep Aero public crowdsale has gone live on 1st May 2108. There would be 3 phases of crowd sale. The first phase of ICO sale with a hard capital requirement of 20,000 ETH will start 1st May onwards till 14th May. 

The contributions will be accepted in ETH. But there's also a bonus program set by the company for all the contributors : 

Contribution Above 100 ETH = 25% Bonus 

Contribution Between 1-100 ETH = 20% Bonus 

Contribution Less Than 10 ETH = 15% Bonus  

The Second Phase Will be started from 15th May and will last 1st June

The Hard capital requirement would be 30,000 ETH

There's also a bonus program for this phase too :

Contribution Above 100 ETH = 15% Bonus 

Contribution Between 1-100 ETH = 10% Bonus 

Contribution Less Than 10 ETH = 05% Bonus

The Second Phase Will be started from 1st June and will last until the expiration of ICO event.

The Hard capital requirement would be 75,000 ETH

There will be no Bonus provided in this phase of crowd sale. 

There's also a DRONE ICO contest running by the project to provide various rewards to the ICO contributors. 

DRONE ICO Contest

Deep Aero is organizing a contest to reward all the contributors. Although, some winners will get more than the others. The project has announced today that it will give 1 passenger drone (worth $450,000) and 300 DJI PHANTOM 4 PRO drones (worth $1,500) as reward to lucky winners from the pool of all contributors who contribute 1 ETH or more to its ICO campaign, subject to the ICO campaign getting fully subscribed. 

As per this Source, this Contest certainly have some pre-requisite *Terms and Conditions​ 

1. Contest will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner by a reputed third party on 1 September 2018.  

2. If contribution amount is 100 ETH, the number of entries for the lucky draw will be counted as 100 entries from that ETHaddress. If contribution amount is 1.99 ETH, the number of entries for the lucky draw will be counted as 1 entry from that ETH address.  

3. The prizes will be awarded only if ICO is completed successfully and at least 75,000 ETH are raised in the ICO.  

4. Winners of the contest will need to undergo ETH Address verification process. If this is not successfully completed, the prize will be awarded to next person in queue.  

5. Winner will be responsible for complying with all regulations in his/her/its jurisdiction, transportation costs and all tax liabilities.
