[Investigation] Einsteinium Foundation operates illegally on crypto market #EMC2

Hello everyone. This is my first English article on Steemit. On this channel I’m gonna investigate some cryptocurrencies available on the market from time to time. If you are new in cryptocurrencies I would recommend you to read some basic information before reading this.

So now, let’s begin with my thesis:
Einsteinium Foundation is not operating legally. It cannot operate under Canadian law as foundation.

I like my assets to be safe and secure, so before I put my money on any token I’m trying to do some research. Month ago Einsteinium (EMC2) grew about 16 times and it took attention of many people. But what I found out later was bizarre.
Einsteinium was released by Einsteinium Foundation in 2014. Unlike many private startup companies this is nonprofit organization aiming to fund scientific research.
I was trying to find more information about this foundation, its achievements, finances, people behind it. So I kept digging starting with information provided on the official website: emc2.foundation

1. Official address

Here we can find at the bottom. Cote St Luc Road 6010, Montreal, Canada. If we type it in google maps we can find that this is a regular apartment building. So the address in not specific.

Then I found this foundation on Canadian government site, Federal Corporation Information. Here it stands that company was registered under apartment 110. There’s a corporation number, business number. Status – active.

2. Board of directors

If we go down here we can find the list of 7 directors with their addresses. This is all public information, so you can check it yourself. One of them, David Black, has the same address as the registered address so my assumption is that this is his home address.
He’s the only person from Canada here. There’s also Ryan Wright from Taiwan, Christine Paluch – Washington US, Roberto Quaglia from Italy, Dennis Brause from Germany, Daron Thomas, US, and Lukasz Spica from London.
Then a legal note:

“Active corporations are required to update director information within 15 days of any change.”

And now. Do you know how many of these people are listed on official website in Team section today? Only 2 of them. Ryan and Roberto. Who are they? Where did the others go? Is Einsteinium Foundation operating legally?

3. Finances

Before I start investigating these people let’s go back to FCI site. Annual fillings. So, every year a non-profit organization in Canada has to create a financial statement and annual return report. Einsteinium Foundation has never done it. Every previous report is overdue. Not available. There’s also no financial report on their website. How much money they’ve spent on scientific research over this 4 years? We’ll probably never know. The 3000 dollars visible on their subreddit looks ridiculous comparing Einsteinium market capacity.

Who is who?

Now, back to people. I’ve found David Black on facebook and asked him if he’s still involved in Einsteinium. He answered, told me that he was working for them 3 years ago managing their facebook profile. When I asked him if he’s aware that the Foundation is registered on his address he responded that that’s news to him.

Christine responded and told me that she was involved in this project 4 years ago, it was too stressful for her and she don’t want to talk about it.

I also found Roberto, he didn’t respond to my questions.

There’s something on Ryan Wright. I think that he’s in charge of Einsteinium. He’s the only person from that 6 who was every interviewed about Einsteinium. I found that he’s also a CEO of Growers International which is a crypto related to cannabis agriculture.
A guy definitely with the most experience in cryptocurrencies so I wonder why on Einsteinium there’s ‘bio soon’ only.

Einsteinium team today

Here, in team section we can find that this new team is made from Serbians.
It became even weirder because I saved their page few weeks before and two persons are missing: Ivan Mojsilovic (Chief Operating Officer) and Milos Milic. Today there is also a Serbian lady – Daniele Sremac who basically is some kind of Serbian advocate in Washington. She didn’t response to my messages. There’s another girl, no info anywhere. Mr Trifunovic, Bozilovic and Stosic. Very few information about these men on the internet.

Eric Caldar is their blogger, but probably Chief Strategist sounds more majestatic.

Aleksandr Kubjak – there is absolutely no public record of this man. I found his facebook profile. It seems he’s just a 20-something year old guy. Why him? How he ended up in Einsteinium Foundation? How a man without a record is Account Manager of this foundation?

Communication with Einsteinium Foundation is very difficult. They don’t participate too much on any social media and their subreddit looks ridiculous.
Einsteinium Foundation is clearly having some issues. Not only with transparency, maybe with law. So remember that this is not a financial advice, but my private opinion, but I would think twice before investing or donating any money to that Foundation.

So to sum up:

• Board of directors is not aware that they are directors since 2014
• Einsteinium Foundation is registered in private apartment of former director
• Einsteinium Foundation is not able to fund any scientific research on legal basis
