Civic is Vinny Lingham's project. The ICO sold out in minutes, and the coin has been hitting all time highs one after the other the past few months.
For those of you not familiar with CVC, it's a platform built for "authentification." Think Databases, think owning the information that belongs to you.
100's of private data-collecting agencies profit from selling your information. I'm not just talking about Experian, Transunion, Equifax... I'm talking about back ground checks, rental history and so much more.
Keep that in mind. They profit from selling your information. This is where Civic comes in. Your information, and all that data that you control, and wish to upload to the blockchain.
