Solved: Cryptocurrency and the IRS problem.
Good news! Most Americans don't owe the income tax.
Bad news: Most Americans believe that they do.
Maybe you've watched " America From Freedom to Fascism" and have come to understand the lawlessness of the IRS and its application of the income tax and have decided that enough is enough, you're done paying a tax that you can see doesn't truly apply to you? Or maybe you're simply disgusted at the kind of "service" and "benefits" that you are deriving from a system that is using your energy (money) to support wars and destruction without your consent and are simply not going to support it any longer?
If you're going to make such a bold move, and I commend you for doing so, at least make it difficult for the IRS to intimidate, incarcerate, or steal from you. The best move you can make is to make certain that you are not in their jurisdiction to begin with. If you do some research on the income tax application you'll see that the income tax is only applicable to "taxpayers", not to "nontaxpayers". Each term has a legal definition associated with it, and unless you work for the federal government, odds are high that you most likely don't owe an income tax, but have unwittingly been participating in it for years.
That being said, the key in this battle is to properly file what is called a "Revocation of Election" to notify the IRS that you know your status as a "nontaxpayer" and give them an opportunity to rebut it, which, if filed properly, they can't do. Having done this, should they ever get uppity and try and bother you in any sort of way you force them to bring the matter before the tax court, which must FIRST rule on the matter of jurisdiction. Remember, the IRS can only apply its rules and regulations on TAXPAYERS and if you properly filed your Revocation of Election the judge will be forced to throw out the case against you due to lack of jurisdiction.
Yep.

"Revenue Laws relate to taxpayers [officers, employees, and elected officials of the Federal Government] and not to non-taxpayers [nonresident aliens not engaged in a " trade or business" and with no earnings from the U.S. government whose estate is a "foreign estate" pursuant to 26 U.S.C. §7701(a)(31)]. The latter are without their scope. No procedures are prescribed for non-taxpayers and no attempt is made to annul any of their Rights or Remedies in due course of law. With them [non-taxpayers] Congress does not assume to deal and they are neither of the subject nor of the object of federal revenue laws.”
