Dogezer preITO

The preITO event started today at 13:00 UTC time, and will last until 00:00 UTC, October 1st, or until Hard cap for preITO is reached.

They are going to distribute 2,000,000 preDGZ tokens for the price of 0.002 ETH per token.
Hard cap for preITO is 4,000 ETH.

These values are based on the whitepaper and ETH price of 350 USD per 1 ETH. Minimal purchase is 1 preDGZ token (0.002 ETH).

PreDGZ tokens will be sent to your wallet by smartcontract immediately. PreDGZ tokens will be converted to DGZ Tokens at the moment of ITO (November 15th).

To take into account the ETH price increase in the last 2 days and to ensure it doesn’t have a negative impact on the purchasers, they are going to convert preDGZ tokens into DGZ Tokens using the following rules:

If ETH price will be established at less than 350 USD per 1 ETH at the moment of ITO, preDGZ will be converted to DGZ at the rate of 1 preDGZ = 1 DGZ. This guarantees the minimum 30% discount on preITO phase.
If ETH price will be established at more than 350 USD per 1 ETH at the moment of ITO, preDGZ will be converted to DGZ at the rate of 1 preDGZ = (new ETH price used at ITO / 350) DGZ. This guarantees the minimal discount of 30% on the preITO phase.
