It's soon the year 2020 and we still rely on usernames and passwords to login in to websites and our gaming accounts. We withdraw money and shop with bank cards with only a PIN-code as our security and sometimes we gain physical access to areas with codes.

We also use two-factor authentication (2FA) to add another level of security. Mostly it makes the process take longer and the sad truth is that even this doesn't make these really that secure. Username and password with a 2FA is insecure. A credit card is insecure as the PIN-code is the only 2FA. Gates and doors that use a key or a code are insecure. There is really no need for these measures of security as they are now obsolete.
